How IVPP Works



Solomon Cartwright coordinates every step of the IVPP process. From sourcing and credentialing to licensing, logistics, and post-engagement reviews, our team ensures the process is seamless, compliant, and customised to your needs.


Our physicians are not employees — they are independent medical professionals operating as contractors, allowing maximum flexibility and legal clarity. Each candidate undergoes a rigorous selection process, ensuring alignment with your technical, organisational, and cultural expectations.

Candidate shortlisting and vetting (education, references, performance, and personality)
